Robin Lopez over 9.5 | Player Line Pro

Robin Lopez over 9.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Robin Lopez has consistently beaten his lines all year being one of our most reliable bets and providing the Knicks with a consistent inside presence that complements Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingas. In his last 10 games RoLo has cruised to an average of 12.3ppg and today faces one of the weakest front court defences in the league in the Dallas Mavericks. Zaza Pachulia is in and out of the rotation, David Lee is allergic to defence and Salah Mejri is unproven at best. This is one of RoLo’s lowest lines of the year and we expect him to beat…

Thaddeus Young over 14.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Thad Young has been a quiet achiever pretty much his entire career and his time in Brooklyn has been no different. Just casually going about his business putting up good numbers on a bad team. It would be interesting to see what sort of contribution he would provide to a good team, and if the rumours of a deal to Toronto at the deadline had gone through we would’ve had the chance to see it. Alas they didn’t and Thad is stuck for the terrible Nets in full on rebuild mode. Next game for them is against another rebuilding eastern…

Danny Green under 9.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Danny Green has had a rough year for the San Antonio Spurs. His scoring is significantly down from last season and he is shooting the worst percentages of his career. Often it is only his exemplary defence that is keeping him on the court. The month of March has been particularly brutal with Green averaging only 6.3ppg and shooting .325 from the field and .226 from three. Ouch. Against the Grizzlies and the Grindfather Tony Allen, Danny Green has only averaged 5.5ppg this season. Add it to the fact he plays worse on the road and our projection has him…

DeMarcus Cousins over 28.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

The Sacramento Kings big man is one of the most divisive stars in the league. Overwhelmingly talented but maddeningly emotional and often out of control, DeMarcus Cousins is a difficult beast to tame, in real life and from a betting perspective. Boogie and the Kings face the Dallas Mavericks next who have been starting Salah Mejri of late. This is the sort of matchup that Cousins should absolutely feast on with his ability to bully opponents, particularly long skinny ones, in the post. In three games against the Mavs this season Boogie has averaged 29.3ppg and our projection has him…

Isaiah Thomas over 23.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Isaiah Thomas has been absolutely on fire in the month of March since Player Line Pro favourite Jae Crowder went down with an ankle injury. So much so that ESPN proclaimed that Thomas had been playing at a Steph Curry type level for the past three weeks. It’s not an exaggeration either, with Thomas averaging 26.2ppg and shooting .477 for the month. In this game Thomas and the Celtics will not only face a Phoenix Suns team that boasts one of the worst defensive records in the league, but also plays at the fourth highest pace. Our projection has Thomas…

Devin Booker over 17.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Another one of our favourites here at Player Line Pro, Devin Booker is back, this time projected over his line of 17.5 against the Sacramento Kings. Averaging 21.9ppg in the month of March, Booker has looked every bit the future NBA star, not just as a scorer but also his understanding of the game and high IQ. The Kings defence is terrible in general but truly atrocious when guarding opposition shooting guards, ranking second last in the NBA.

Wayne Ellington under 8.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Just about every part of the Brooklyn Nets season has been difficult and Wayne Ellington hasn’t been immune. In and out of the lineup his performances have been inconsistent at best. At this point in the season he is firmly out of the lineup, even to the point that interim coach Tony Brown has indicated the opportunities for him will be limited. Rondae Hollis Jefferson and Sean Kilpatrick have quickly slotted ahead of Ellington with the new emphasis on defence and effort. Add to this the fact that in two games against the Cavaliers this season Ellington has scored a…

Al Horford under 16.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Al Horford has been a consistent performer for the Hawks his entire career and this season has been no different. As the game has evolved he has kept up with it, expanding his range and improving his handle, opening up a multitude of offensive looks for the Hawks. With that said however, our projection has big Al going under his 16.5 line tomorrow against the Wizards. He performs worse on the road and has averaged just 14ppg against Washington over the past two seasons. The Wizards have a top 10 defence against front court players this season and should keep…

Enes Kanter over 13.5

By | Daily tip | No Comments

Enes Kanter has one of the most ‘interesting’ contract situations in the NBA. On the books as a max player, he completely ignores the defensive side of the game. At this stage in his career, although he’s only 23, it looks like his destiny has been fulfilled: a big man version of Jamal Crawford. So while he may not move the Thunder any closer to a championship, he can still rack up numbers on the offensive end, and thats all we care about. Kanter has averaged 17ppg over the past five games and has beaten this line of 13.5 in…

Tony Parker under 12.0

By | Daily tip | No Comments

A daily tip regular here at Player Line Pro, Tony Parker is yet to let us down so far this season. Against a sneaky-good Charlotte team Parker is projected to go under his line of 12 and with the form he has been in lately its not hard to see why. Averaging just 7.8ppg in the last 10 games, this trend seems to be more an outcome of the Spurs shift in offensive responsibility to Kawhi Leonard and LaMarcus Aldridge, rather than Parker simply stinking it up. After scoring more than 6 points in only 2 of his last 8…
