Al Horford has really struggled of late fitting into the Celtics offense that primarily runs through Isaiah Thomas. Horford is only averaging 8.4ppg over his last five games and has only covered this line once out of the last 12 contests. It’s amazing the bookies haven’t dropped it lower.
Coming up against his old team the Atlanta Hawks, Horford will face on of the best defensive frontcourts in the league in Paul Milsap and Dwight Howard. The Hawks have restricted opposition centers to -15% on their scoring average over the whole season and an insane -28% over the past month.
And if you’re worried about a revenge game Horford has already played the Hawks in Atlanta scoring only 10 points on 8 shots in 35 minutes.
