Shai Gilgeous-Alexander – Over 12.5

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was a Player Line Pro favourite prior to the draft with his size and crafty game reminding us of lead guards like Jrue Holiday and Caris LeVert in the way he controls his body and pace. Despite a crowded backcourt rotation in LA, SGA has carved out a role, and been super impressive in doing so.

SGA has shown flashes on both ends with his length troubling smaller guards and his basketball IQ leading to high quality efficient shots, As a result Doc Rivers has entrusted him with more minutes, averaging 35 mpg over his las four, after only seeing 24.8 mpg through his first 10 games. Brooklyn are ranked 22nd in the league in points allowed and have defended opposition guards poorly this year so we love the rookie SGA.
