Tyreke Evans had a weird year last season. He exploded out of the gates for Memphis with an ever improving three point shot and flashing the multi-dimensional talent that won him Rookie of the Year in 2010. But then as the Grizzlies kept losing they sat Evans to try and trade him… and then never did.
This season with Indiana he has been slated to provide much needed creation behind Victor Oladipo, though the minutes just aren’t there for him yet. Reke is averaging a paltry 20.8 mpg through the first three games and though he is scoring relatively efficiently in that time its just hard to get the shots. Combine that with the fact that San Antonio is playing at the slowest pace in the league, we really like this under.
